BNP Paribas REIM has a key role to play in decarbonizing the real estate sector. To strengthen the climate resilience of our portfolio, we are intensifying our actions in favor of more sustainable real estate and making new ambitious commitments for 2025 and beyond.
In 2021, BNP Paribas REIM launched an ESG action plan focused on cutting carbon emissions, managing assets responsibly and boosting stakeholder awareness. The action plan aimed to offer 90% of funds open to subscription to investors as sustainable funds, classified as Article 8 or 9 of SFDR.
Having achieved our objectives ahead of time, in 2024, we reviewed and reinforced our ESG strategy.
Our new strategy focuses on climate adaptation, mitigation and continuing to offer responsible products.
